MPC – MSO Provisioning Client “In Development Stage”

One of the most important features of any subscriber based service is user management. The iDEN® MSO unfortunately does not come with a user friendly provisioning client. We are currently working on a provisioning client that will allow multi level access, database synchronization, backup services, import/export and of course subscriber provisioning, all from a simple user friendly web based platform. The multi level access will allow for operators to designate and assign roles to users of the system. A great scenario would include a system admin having rights to provision clients, but security personnel only having the right to disable a subscriber, in case a unit is lost. Auditing and trailing logs will be incorporated as well, providing the MSO operator with great security and piece of mind without direct MMIW interaction.
